In addition to daily operational responsibilities the Retail Accounting Analyst is responsible for the automation of retail accounting functions, assisting in the training of Retail personnel along with special project assignments.

IT Network Administrator:

Description:

Recent experience managing Microsoft SQL (including maintenance, SQL queries and reporting), Microsoft Exchange 2003 system management and maintenance, Blackberry Enterprise Server , Windows 2003 and 2007, XP, Server, CRM (Sales Logix preferred), CISCO router, PIX and VPN, telephone experience with VoIP and Avaya equipment, Sans/Cluster and Cluster and  Backup/restore. This position duty includes switching, routing, security configuration, and inventory control. Duties also include new site configuration, system standardization, audit responses, and capacity planning. Working closely with IT Network staff, receives, prepares and installs network equipment; identifies and resolves computer network problems related to data communications equipment including hardware and software components; provides troubleshooting support to customers and Help Desk staff; and performs related duties as required.

Specific duties include:

•     Receive calls from remote and internal staff regarding network connectivity problems; isolate, troubleshoot, and correct network communication problems or escalate these problems to corporate management.

•     Monitor, baseline, and identify network problems, using network communications software such as SNMP-based products, Cisco Works, WUG, Telnet, snuffers, LAN analyzers, or other supported software.

•     Provide support in the maintenance, troubleshooting and reporting of the network connection, and serves as local contact for overseeing vendors maintenance when needed locally.

•     Edit and update status reports, Help Desk problem reports, or other reports as needed by local IT Management.

•     On-call responsibilities as needed in support of the network which will include working weekends and being on-call to rotate within the department.

 Requirements:

Candidates considered for this position must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5 years of data network experience with a minimum of 3 years of designing, deploying, maintaining and supporting Local and Wide Area Networks. Professional training and technical certifications are desirable.
